Both security programs offer superior malware protection with minimal impact on PC performance. However, Kaspersky wins the overall contest due to its simple and intuitive user interface and extra features like the ability to manage passwords and file shredders.

In the tests that were conducted by AV-Comparatives, Kaspersky scored excellent scores for its security capabilities. This is a result of the fact that it identified every single one of the 752 samples tested and showed no false positives. The software was very effective when it came to studying files and removing malicious code after they have been removed. It has minimal effect on performance.
Kaspersky has a large knowledge base and a community forum where users can seek assistance and get answers. The company does not provide phone or live chat support, which could be a disadvantage for some. It does, however, offer a ticketed service for customers who might require additional assistance.
